Terms and Conditions for Cavanaugh Real Estate INC's Exclusive Referral Network

Welcome to Cavanaugh Real Estate INC's Exclusive Referral Network (the "Network"). The Network is designed to facilitate referrals between real estate agents and related professionals. By participating in the Network, you agree to comply with the following terms and conditions:
1. Membership Eligibility
1.1. Eligibility
: To become a member of the Network, you must be a licensed real estate agent or a related professional, and you must meet any other eligibility criteria set forth by Cavanaugh Real Estate INC.
Additional eligibilty requirements are:
- 12 completed real estate transaction in last 12 months OR 25+ lifetime transactions completed
- Abundant mindset
1.2. Account Information
: You agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating your Network account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
2. Referral Process
2.1. Referral Creation
: Members can create and submit referrals through the Network platform. Referrals should include all necessary information for the referred professional to initiate contact with the referred client.
2.2. Referral Acceptance
: Referred professionals may accept or decline referrals at their discretion. Once accepted, the referred professional is responsible for contacting the referred client promptly.
2.3. Referral Fees
: Any referral fees or compensation between members should be agreed upon independently and outside of the Network. Cavanaugh Real Estate INC does not facilitate, collect, or enforce referral fees.
3. Conduct Guidelines
3.1. Professionalism
: Members agree to conduct themselves with professionalism, honesty, and integrity when participating in the Network.
3.2. Compliance
: Members must comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and ethical standards governing their profession and the real estate industry.
3.3. Non-Solicitation
: Members should refrain from excessive or unsolicited communications, marketing, or solicitation of referred clients.
4. Dispute Resolution
4.1. Disputes Between Members
: In the event of a dispute between Network members, Cavanaugh Real Estate INC may, at its discretion, provide mediation services. However, Cavanaugh Real Estate INC is not obligated to do so and shall not be held responsible for disputes between members.
5. Termination of Membership
5.1. Termination
: Cavanaugh Real Estate INC reserves the right to suspend or terminate your membership in the Network at any time for violations of these Terms and Conditions, or for any other reason, without prior notice.
6. Privacy
6.1. Privacy Policy
: Your use of the Network is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which outlines how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.
7. Changes to Terms
7.1. Updates
: Cavanaugh Real Estate INC may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. You will be notified of any material changes, and your continued use of the Network after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
8. Limitation of Liability
8.1. Disclaimer
: Cavanaugh Real Estate INC is not responsible for the actions or conduct of Network members. We do not guarantee the accuracy, reliability, or suitability of referrals, and we shall not be liable for any losses or damages arising from your participation in the Network.

By participating in the Exclusive Referral Network, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to abide by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use the Network. Your use of the Network indicates your acceptance of these terms and conditions.
